14.5 weeks P.O. Yes!

Go on, Super Narwhal.
You’ve got this.

Better to be inching forward than be stuck. Also, don’t do cartwheels on the beach. Or anywhere.
Some of the lyrics are an uncanny fit. I think George Michael is my spirit animal.
"I've got to get back on my feet I feel like I've been sleeping Sweet, sweet time Has been a real good friend of mine Waiting for that change of season Oh the winters been so long Searching for that rhyme or reason You've just got to Move on Hold it together, move on..."

Take it easy out there, New England Hamsters…
I love Alwyn and Lou’s books. I’m reading The New Rules of Lifting For Life: An All-New Muscle-Building, Fat-Blasting Plan for Men and Women Who Want to Ace Their Midlife Exams while we’re buried under snow here in Boston.

Here’s to snow day #2. Stay grateful.
Can folks share at what point their surgeon or PT said it was safe to foam roll their hamstrings? I’ll ask my own PT this Thursday. The good news is that at 14 weeks PO tomorrow, my hammies feel SO much better – enough to try taking on a little rolling. (But, shhh… I don’t want to scare them.) The tendons up at the attachment are no longer painfully tight, and the muscle bellies have stopped their awful aching.

13.5 Weeks PO: The bad news is that my legs are sore from dancing in my living room to this song last night. The good news is that my legs are sore from dancing in my living room last night! (Glad to see someone finally wrote a song about me…)
