Me: I know, right? I didn’t forget something for once.
Leah: No, I mean a lot faster with your hamstrings. Like, faster than when you had to go up the stairs with the good leg in front each time.

Hamster hack I’ve been meaning to share… My kids get these socks every time they go to a trampoline park. Even better than the flimsy ones I got at the hospital. I wear them around the house instead of slippers. Works if you fit into your kids’ socks.
It does get better.
One foot in front of the other. Then rest. Water. Protein, veggies, good fats. Go.

Hey, guess what? At 5 mo. PO the lumbar support cushion from my car doubles pretty well as a bum saver for the bleachers. Whew!
