3/24/19: 15 Months P.O.
15 mo PO. Baby steps. Baaaaaaaaaby steps. So far, my attachment site & hammies are no more tight or sore than they are after my PT & strength training routines. And my heart’s only message is, “Relax.” Onward.
3/15/19: Hold Your Own Peace
Hold your own peace in turbulence.
Do intentional work, and never think that your contribution is not enough.
Trust that your light & love are doing a huge amount of work.
Do what you can, when you can.
Minimize your exposure to stuff.
Rest when you need to.
