7/26/19: Two Deep Breaths

Two deep breaths - 
in for 6...out for 6 - 
every half hour,
as often as you're able,
could help you
release your shoulders 
from your ears,
unclench your jaw,
remove your tongue
from the roof of your mouth,
add 15 minutes of 
meditation to your day,
and help you remember
who you are.
