Walk on.

Walk on.

“It’s not hard because you’re doing it wrong. It’s hard because it’s too much. …When you have to pick, choose connection.”

Word.
“When you feel fear, turn away from whatever it is that is causing the fear towards something that is its opposite. Just back away from the ledge. Just don’t keep going there.“ [Abraham-Hicks] Here is something that is opposite, and also good bedtime reading.

“…and I could feel a calm, a stillness, emanating from them, as they imagined this crisis ending well.” – Martha Beck, “The Four Technologies of Magic”
I’m with Mr. DC on this. Sometimes it is more effective to clear the mind of thoughts than to force it full of positive ones. And there is always (in for 6……hold for 3…out for 6……) x2 every half hour.

Keepin’ the word positive. And winning.
Choose hope. Reach for a slightly less negative thought. Or a positive one. Whichever you can manage.
