3/12/20: Breathe, and It’ll Come

Hey. Remember? In for 6……hold for 3…out for 6……?

Solutions occur in the absence of worry, when you relax on the out-breath.

So every half hour, breathe in for 6, hold for 3, breathe out for 6. Twice.

We don’t have to work so hard at *making* things happen. Breathe, and it’ll come to you. Then take your inspired action.
